It has been a completely crazy year for everyone in the Top Cow universe. Jackie Estacado has lost touch with his Darkness powers, and as a result has displayed a vulnerability that no one, himself included, would have expected. Also, because of this, the Angelus have gone on the attack, attempting to destroy Jackie during his time of weakness. Meanwhile, Sara Pezzini, longtime bearer of the Witchblade, has been dealing with new motherhood and sharing the Witchblade. As if that wasn’t enough, some new powers within the universe have been awakened, powers that are connected to the Witchblade, the Darkness, and the Angelus in mysterious ways.
