Our friends over at Top Cow tipped us off that they're going to be rolling out some new exciting stuff at the San Diego Comic-Con.

They were tight lipped on the details, but did send us this image to wet our palettes.

From the looks of it, we see an iPad or phone background with a gun, a very Terry Dodson-esque drawing of a woman and a Pat Benatar reference. Okay, they've got my attention

If you're going to be attending the San Diego Comic-Con, sounds like you won't want to miss their panel on Saturday at 1:30 PM in Room 9, where all will be revealed, or so they tell us. If we find out anything more, we'll be sure to keep you upated!

Multiversity Comics: Michael Broussard To Draw Upcoming Top Cow Artifacts

A couple days ago we posted a teaser entitled "Hope Is Lost", which was arguably the creepiest viral marketing idea ever (considering we had to take a moment to make sure an actual child wasn't missing). Not much was said beyond that, but today a new press release from the good folks at Top Cow arrived in our inboxes, and we can now share more!

The upcoming event Artifacts, which begins on Free Comic Book Day, deals with fallout of several minis going on right now in the Top Cow Universe. It'll show us what has happened after Broken Trinity: Pandora's Box and Angelus, as well as connect Witchblade and the Darkness. The whole thing will be written by everyone's favorite Ron Marz, and today Top Cow has released a press released announcing that Michael Broussard will be the artist of the book.

It's looking pretty good right now, although I don't have much more information than this. Be sure to click behind the cut for the full press release!

Comic Attack Continues Search for Lost Hope

From Comic Attack:

I just found this in my inbox at the CA.net office: HOPE IS LOST. I implore everyone to take a look and any help would be appreciated in finding her. Here’s the message:

Top Cow Productions, Inc. received a report early this morning that Hope, the daughter of Sara Pezzini and Jackie Estacado, has gone missing.

Above is an image of Hope. Please disttribute amongst your network. Additional information will be dispersed as we receive it.

If you have any information about the whereabouts of Hope, please contact authorities at the email adress below.

Thank you,
Christine
Top Cow Productions, Inc.
@TopCow

This is quite a shock since we last spoke with Ron Marz and asked about Hope we could only assume she was doing fine. So again if anyone out there has any info please contact the authorities and DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT try to get the child back yourself. Anyone bold enough to snatch the daughter of the Witchblade and Darkness would pretty much make short work of you.

ComicVine's Witchblade News: HOPE IS LOST!

Let's just get this out of the way, if you're not reading Witchblade, you really need to start. I have been consistently enjoying the book month after month since Ron Marz started writing. You might be aware that Sara Pezzini gave birth to a child, Hope, in 2007's First Born. Hope was the result when the Darkness and Witchblade...well, let's just say Hope has an interesting back story.

While things have been relatively calm for Hope, it looks like something is about to happen. We just received word from Top Cow. A search has begun for the missing child.

Help spread the word. Keep a lookout for her. If you see her or have any information, be sure to post a comment and we can get word to either Sara Pezzini or Top Cow.
