Before the Curtain: NEAL ADAMS, ALIBI, WIMPY KID, and ROBOTS

There is a near daily influx of comic book and genre related movie and TV news, and we wanted a way to present it all to you as easily as possible. We've had film/tv columns in the past, and this latest iteration should serve us all well. On to the news of the day.

The great Neal Adams' (Green Arrow, Batman) Continuity Studios has signed with International Creative Management, a move with an eye toward developing and producing feature films, according to Hollywood Reporter. Continuity Studios has, since its founding in 1983, produced Adams' creator-owned comic books, and most recently has worked on a motion comic of Marvel Entertainment's Astonishing X-Men #1. Adams both produced and co-directed the moving version of Joss Whedon and John Cassaday's modern re-imagining of the X-Men franchise.
