Promoting Reading

Some folks might not be aware, but Top Cow regularly gets involved in various charity and promotional events where we donate comics, graphic novels, and other cool stuff. Every once in a while we get cool letters back thanking us for our participation. I thought it'd be cool to share on of these letters with the Herd. This one is from the Cumberland County Public Library after their Librari-Con. As always, we're happy to help!
