ANDY: "I picked this issue up mainly to check out Stelfreeze's art, and he didn't disappoint; his fine-line, animated-style illustrations pop with vibrancy and crackle with heavenly energy, especially when he's rendering the warrior angels in full a splash-page. The story here is that one-time Angelus leader Celestine has returned to her human form and settled down as a bartender.
